Three Layer Appliqué Skirt - Ocean

This  Three Layer Appliqué skirt is made with high quality, up-cycled t-shirts. The solid colored ocean blue top layer has complimentary green and sand colored layers at the bottom and a single five point flower appliqué.   The 24" length hits just above the knee making this a classic for the office yet soft and super comfortable for the weekends.
