Refund policy
We want you to 100% love your item(s) as much as we 100% loved making them! We want you to show off your new pretties and give us a massive shout outs.
After all, you are our best advertising.
Alas, sometimes your new item(s) is just not the right fit (see what we did there?) and therefore we have a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from Sardine Clothing Company provided:
- You have REQUESTED a return no more than 10 days after receiving your item.
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, reach out to us at info@sardineclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your items have been received and inspected a refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check out your order when it arrives. If the item is not swimmingly perfect (defective, damaged or simply not the item you ordered) contact us immediately at info@sardineclothing.com so we can make things right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note:
- It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
- Any original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
