Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.
We provide tracking for all shipments and believe it or not we don't ride along with the driver. Therefore, once the carrier has your purchase, we have no more information about its location than what is on the tracking site. Trust us, we have begged, pleaded and bartered our children for additional info to no avail. They didn't even accept the children.
If your package shows delivered and you don't see it, please look around your property, check the bushes and ask your kids. Give it another day as sometimes the carrier like to mess with us and incorrectly scan the item as delivered.
If all of this still doesn't produce a wonderful package on your doorstep, please open a claim with your USPS or the delivery system you chose. (this seems to also produce a package on your doorstep)
