Three Layer Appliqué Skirt-Blue

Our Three Layer Appliqué skirts are made with high quality, up-cycled t-shirts. The solid colored top layer has two complimentary colored layers at the bottom and a single five point flower appliqué.   The 24" length hits just above the knee making this a classic for the office yet soft and super comfortable for the weekends.
